Rules & Sweep
Auto-file mail as it arrives, sweep old read messages into Trash in one tap, and block a sender — or everyone at a whole domain — so their mail never reaches you again. Blocks follow you to your other devices.
Meeting invitations
An invite arrives as a card you can answer — Accept, Maybe or Decline without leaving the message. Accepting puts it straight in your calendar, and the organiser gets a proper reply.
Search that finds people
Start typing a name and the people you write to are offered straight away. Search looks at who a message went to as well as who it came from, so your own replies turn up beside theirs.
Mention people as you write
Type “@” in a message and pick someone you deal with. Their name goes into the text and they’re added to the recipients — no jumping back to the address line.
Nothing is lost by accident
Deleted the wrong thing? Move it back to your Inbox from Trash or Archive in one swipe. Mail you’ve already read sits in its own group under the unread rather than vanishing.
Your real calendar
Two-way sync with iCloud, Google and Microsoft calendars. Appointments appear beside your tasks, and anything you add, edit or delete goes back the other way.
Notes
Somewhere to put the things that aren’t tasks. Write with the same formatting the mail composer gives you — lists, colour, sizes — pin what matters, and search the lot. Notes follow you to your other devices.
Everyone on the message
See who else was on it. The sender line opens to the full To and Cc lists, so a thread with ten people on it is no longer a message from one. Reply All keeps the people who were copied, and never loops your own address back into your reply.
Attachments, in full
Open anything a message carries — photos, PDFs, spreadsheets, Office documents — right inside the app. Save a copy to your device, hand it to another app, and swipe straight through to the next attachment without going back.
Replies that carry the thread
Forward a long conversation and all of it goes — the whole message and everything quoted beneath it, not the first line and an ellipsis. Your signature sits under what you wrote, above the conversation, where it belongs.
Signatures that look right
Build a real signature — tables, fonts, colours, your logo — with a live preview, or start from a template. Keep a different one per account and pick which goes out by default.
Apple Intelligence, built in
Suggested replies read the message you’re answering and offer three ways to start, on your device. Writing Tools rewrite, proofread or summarise anything you’ve typed.
Away from your desk
Set an out-of-office reply from inside the app. It uses Gmail’s and Outlook’s own auto-reply, so it works even when the app is closed.

Private by design
My Live Timeline runs entirely on your device. We operate no servers. Your email, tasks and credentials never reach Urbigjump — they move only between your device and the services you choose.
- We can't read your mailbox, and we don't store your messages, contacts or attachments.
- Credentials are held in the device Keychain; data obtained from Gmail via Google APIs is used solely to provide the app's features on your device.
- No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking. We never sell your data.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Urbigjump UK Ltd is a Microsoft-verified publisher — connecting an Outlook or Microsoft 365 account shows Microsoft's blue “verified” badge on the sign-in screen, so you know it's genuinely us.
